Lambda Omicron's Social Action Committee Partners With Hope The Mission.

The brothers of Lambda Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, partnered with Hope The Mission to provide over 100 items of brand new clothing to the organization. The Social Action Chairman, Bro. Lucho Cortez, and Bro. Andre Jackson, worked together to present those items to the organization personally.


Hope The Mission is a non-profit organization in Woodland Hills, CA that has a mission to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness. The organization provides hot meals, housing and health services to the homeless community. They also focus on hope and healing, serving as an inclusive faith-based compassion ministry.


The brothers of Lambda Omicron have been active throughout the communities of Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. Donating water, safety products, and clothing to several organizations. In addition, the chapter has adopted a section of the 405 Freeway in Long Beach, CA, where they clean both sides in a certain section of the highway twice a month.
